Here you find instructions for the registration on site. Upon on site registration you will receive a congress bag, a badge, programme leaflet and an abstract book, and ticket(s) for the congress party, if applicable.

NOTE: Please ensure you have a printed copy of the confirmation of your registration and payment with you.

16.00 – 17.30 hrs. Registration in the City Hall before the Opening Ceremony
Note: If you wish you can stall your luggage during the Opening Ceremony at the City Hall.

Free access city bus

As participant of the congress you have free access to the public transport in the city of Maastricht (city bus) by showing your congress badge.

You can use the city bus to visit the city in the evening and for your daily transportation between your hotel and the congress venue. A city bus to the central station and the city centre stops in front of MECC Maastricht every 10 minutes.

The following lines stop in front of MECC Maastricht:
Line 1 “De Heeg”: bus stop Forum
Line 3 “Heugem”: bus stop Forum
Line 8 “Eijsden” : bus stop Forum
